Meckano is a leading provider of advanced time and attendance systems, HR software, and organizational productivity tools for businesses of all sizes.
We are hiring a customer service and support representative.

 

The Role

  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the company.
  • Provide technical and professional support to business clients across multiple communication channels.
  • Train clients and implement the system while adapting it to their needs.
  • Identify client requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with business clients.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service and working with clients – required.
  • Experience providing training – advantage.
  • Strong customer orientation – required.
  • Ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously, technological orientation, and self-learning skills – required.
  • Valid driver’s license – required.
  • Bachelor’s degree – advantage.
  • Experience and proficiency in CRM systems – advantage.
  • Fluent English – advantage.
