Support & Customer Service Representative
Meckano is a leading provider of advanced time and attendance systems, HR software, and organizational productivity tools for businesses of all sizes.
We are hiring a customer service and support representative.
The Role
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the company.
- Provide technical and professional support to business clients across multiple communication channels.
- Train clients and implement the system while adapting it to their needs.
- Identify client requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support.
- Maintain regular follow-up with business clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service and working with clients – required.
- Experience providing training – advantage.
- Strong customer orientation – required.
- Ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously, technological orientation, and self-learning skills – required.
- Valid driver’s license – required.
- Bachelor’s degree – advantage.
- Experience and proficiency in CRM systems – advantage.
- Fluent English – advantage.
