Onboarding Specialist
Meckano is a leading provider of advanced time and attendance systems, HR software, and organizational productivity tools for businesses of all sizes.
We are looking for an Onboarding team member to guide business clients toward independent, professional, and full use of our platform.
In this role, you are the face of the company – supporting clients from day one, providing reassurance, and leading them to successful and valuable use of our system.
The onboarding stage is critical to client success – it is the moment they first experience the platform, meet our team, and understand the values we bring.
The Role
- Guide new business clients from the initial onboarding stage through full adoption of the system.
- Train clients and implement the system according to their organizational processes and needs.
- Configure the system to match client requirements and support them in their initial workflows.
- Create a positive customer experience, build long-term relationships, and ensure clients achieve their goals with our product.
- Provide professional and proactive support during the onboarding process, troubleshoot issues, and build trust.
- Collaborate with sales, support, product, and development teams.
- Ensure completion of the onboarding process and hand over the system for independent client use.
Location: Haifa, Israel
Qualifications
- Previous experience in system onboarding, training, business customer support, or project management – required.
- Training skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and ability to build trust – required.
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks – required.
- Technologically oriented with the ability to quickly learn new systems – required.
- Customer orientation, initiative, flexibility, and problem-solving skills – required.
- Valid driver’s license – required (includes on-site client meetings).
