We are hiring a strategic account manager.
The Role
- Manage key client accounts and ensure end-to-end implementation and service
- Deliver ongoing value through a deep understanding of client needs.
- Provide tailored solutions.
Location: Petah Tikva, Israel (includes occasional travel to client sites).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or project management – required.
- Experience managing client accounts – strong advantage.
- Technologically oriented with ability to work with CRM systems – advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead processes.
- Valid driver’s license – required.
