Employees simply enter their personal identification code into the app, and the system records their clock-in or clock-out time. For added security, the system can also take a picture of the employee once the code is entered.

The kiosk is designed for businesses seeking a physical time clock at the workplace, offering a simple and elegant solution. The Kiosk app, which can be installed on tablets or other mobile devices, integrates seamlessly with the Meckano system to record all attendance data.

1️⃣ Log in to Meckano.

2️⃣ Navigate to: Home >> Reporting Options >> Attendance Stations >> Tablet (Kiosk).

3️⃣ Find the kiosk you want to rename and tap the pencil icon.

4️⃣ Type the new name under “Clock Description.”

5️⃣ Choose “Save” to complete the process.

If you lose your password:
1️⃣ Log in to Meckano.

2️⃣ Navigate to: Home >> Reporting Options >> Attendance Stations >> Tablet (Kiosk).

3️⃣ Tap the pencil icon next to the station you need.

4️⃣ Choose “Get New Password” to generate a new access code.

Installing the app is quick and easy:
1️⃣ Open your device’s app store (App Store or Google Play).
2️⃣ Search for Meckano Kiosk.
3️⃣Download and install the app on your tablet or mobile device.

The kiosk app is available at no cost to all Meckano clients.

After installing the app, follow these steps to connect to the Meckano system:

1️⃣Log in to the Meckano system using your username and password (Admin user only).
2️⃣Navigate to: Home >> Reporting Options >> Attendance Stations >> Tablet (Kiosk).
3️⃣Choose “Add Attendance Station.”
4️⃣Enter a username and description for the station, then choose “Save.”
5️⃣After saving, you will receive a one-time password (OTP) to connect the kiosk.
6️⃣Enter the username and password in the app. Note: The password is valid for 15 minutes only.

An employee code is a unique personal number assigned to each employee. Employees use this code to log in and report their attendance through the kiosk.
