Reporting Attendance Telephonically
Another module for Meckano’s system lets you report attendance using the landline in the office
Employees that start their workday at a different branch or outside the office can’t clock in like the other employees, which is exactly why we have the telephonic time clock so you can clock in and out using the existing phone in one of the office’s branches or for the on-site employees who don’t work from the office.
How does it work?
- The employee dials a phone number that we provide you with.
- He enters his employee or ID number (every employee has a unique number)
- and can clock in or out.
So easy!
The Meckano system enables you to see the attendance reports online in your work environment and to sync them with the work hours that were reported.
Restriction per phone number:
As a manager, we’re pretty sure that you want to be in control of where the employees are clocking in or out from,
so we only enable employees to clock in or out using phones that were specified in the system.
Online Monitoring of Data
Our systems are really fast so as soon as the employee hangs up you’ll be able to see the entry in the system.
A detailed dashboard will display the most recent reports and the hours can be edited online.

With telephonic clock in /out we enable individual reporting for a single employee without the need to enter an employee number.
Attendance can be reported for several employees using employee numbers or an individual phone.
A manager can also report attendance for several employees concurrently.
